§ 42-3. Alcohol related offenses.

(a)

The following sections of Title 16 of O.C.G.A. are adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein and shall be given like effect in the city: O.C.G.A. §§ 3-3-20 through 3-3-30 and 3-3-40 through 3-3-46.

(b)

A future amendment or repeal of a provision of the Code sections shall so amend or repeal the pertinent provision, if any, of this section adopted by the city council, without any action by the city council of the city being required.
